Our World

Not too much new has been going on in our world. I've recently discovered that Enzo "scoots" on his lil' hiney, rather than crawling. I have a feeling he'll never crawl and that's quite alright with me. We all know that with crawling comes more baby proofing and chasing, so with that said, I'm lucky. I first confirmed his scooting on Sunday when I was laying on the floor with my laptop, Enzo was trying so hard to reach it and eventually he did.

Enzo has recently started to copy things I do and say. It's so cute! I'll scream, he screams, I'll say mama, he says mama, etc. He can be so entertaining.

I'm truly blessed with an amazingly well behaved child. I was at Ethan and Melanie's the other day and I mentioned to Ethan that Enzo has "attitude". Ethan says "ya right, he's such a good baby". Next thing you know Enzo let out a little scream and fidgeted a bit and I said "see" and he says "hardly". Yes, I am blessed. He rarely ever cries, he puts himself to sleep, sleeps the entire night through, eats just about anything you put in his mouth, is so layed back, goes to any one (which may be scary later on), etc.

I often envy at home moms, but what can I do, right?!?! It tears my heart up inside knowing that I can't be home and teaching my child the things that he needs, being there when he scrapes his knee, etc. Today I couldn't help, but to think of business ideas, but then again with business usually comes more work. Maybe one day, just one day, I'll meet Prince Charming and he'll be super duper amazing for us...ha ha ha! It can happen, right?! I know, I know, go to church!

Let me share a theory with you.

I think you finding a good man could appropriately be likened unto me losing some weight. It could happen for both of us but it would take concentrated focus and effort.

Man, just writing this makes me hungry. I'm going to eat my lunch now.

I think it's rude to take comments I make on your blog and respond to them on my blog. That was totally out of context.

If you must know, I was hoping the taco would burn some weight off me or make it so I couldn't eat because my mouth was so hot.

And if you believe that then I've got some ocean front property in ...

...and the stay at home moms often wish they could get out and work (or just get out). You'll find Mr. Right soon enough.
