Yay for Enzo. I guess I should be enjoying the sweet baby that doesn't do much, but I'm excited to say that Enzo is beginning to make a few changes. He seems so laid back and content with things around him, that I was afraid he would never roll, crawl, walk, etc. I'm thinking he may just skip the rolling and crawling and go straight to walking though. That should be good times. Anyway, he sat up for the first time alone yesterday. He was there long enough for me to snap a shot. Enzo has also discovered his feet and ate his toes for the first time as well. It's so exciting as your lil' one makes changes. I'm trying to train him to sit up because we are going for pictures 2 weeks from Saturday, wish me luck.

Rollin' over, NOT!
Since my prior post with Enzo rolling over, I just thought I'd let you know, he hasn't rolled over since. I guess he's content with laying on his back and when it's time, he'll roll over. He's not too fond of tummy time either. I think he just needs to learn to sit up fast so he can look at the world around him more. Who knows, I'm sure he'll be a later crawler as well, or never crawl, just walk. On the other hand, he's such a joy to have around no matter what he's doing. He always seems to be happy, even when he's sick. I took him to the doctor the other day because he has a horrible cough, and what did he do, laugh at the doctor. I can try for hours to get him to laugh and the doctor walks in and starts talking, and he laughs. My oh my, what a character I tell ya. I'm so very grateful to have him in my life.

Our Little Vaca
Enzo and I just got back from a little trip to CA. Our original plan was to drive out with Mark and Heidi, but after figuring out gas and time out of the way, it was much easier for us to fly...and we got there much quicker. =) Sadly, my trip was cut short due to a mistake on my end, so we weren't able to see as many people as I would have liked. Overall, it was a great trip and I am not looking forward to the unpacking that I need to get on top of tonight.
The first day we got there was Livermore's Honey and Wine Festival. It was good to walk around and run into a ton of old friends and in general, be in the heat of the outdoors. I think Enzo was in la la land because it felt so good beating down on him. He's such a smiley baby, but not once did he smile for any one at the festival. I do think he really enjoyed being carried around though, I'm sure he saw a lot. We had a wonderful time.
We were also able to meet a new friend, Connor Daniel. Conner and Enzo share the same half brother, which is Danny, my sweet Angel. It was neat to get them together and take a few pictures. Connor was loving on Enzo and wouldn't stop giving him hugs. Poor Enzo doesn't hold his own that well yet, but soon enough he will.
